Season 5 Trailer for 'Cobra Kai' Reveals the All Valley Karate Tournament's Fallout ...

Following the events of Cobra Kai Season 4, the valley and its inhabitants are facing some significant changes under Terry Silver's (Thomas Ian Griffith) empire. Johnny Lawrence (William Zabka) is an Uber driver, Daniel LaRusso (Ralph Macchio) has shut down the Miyagi-do dojo, and Silver's violent, no-mercy karate is spreading across Los Angeles, spilling out of the Cobra Kai dojo and into the streets.

Johnny and Daniel have both hung up the gi as Silver flexes the Cobra Kai brand across Los Angeles. As the empire expands and life worsens, the trio decides to take their hands dirty themselves to defeat Silver. It all culminates in a Chozen and Johnny team up alongside a teaser for Danny's final confrontation.

Johnny and Daniel's family drama takes center stage between their battle against Cobra Kai. Johnny is still cleaning up the pieces of his relationship with Miguel (Xolo Mariduena) and Robbie (Tanner Buchanan) while Daniel's wife Amanda (Courtney Henggeler) wants everything to come to an end. To conclude the film on a lighter note though, we take viewers to prison to observe how John Kreese (Martin Kove) is doing.

Cobra Kai takes on the role of Johnny as he tries to carry on the legacy of the original Karate Kid franchise. From Season 3 onward, the series will continue the Miyagi-verse first on YouTube Red and then on Netflix.

The series also stars Mary Mouser, Jacob Bertrand, Vanessa Rubio, Peyton List, Dallas Dupree Young, Oona OBrien, and Griffin Santopietro, all of whom are writing and executive producing by Josh Heald, Jon Hurwitz, and Hayden Schlossberg.

Season 5 of Cobra Kai will be released on September 9th. Check out the latest teaser below.
