Following are spoilers for Coronation Street.
In the midst of his time with dad Sean Tully, Dylan Wilson of Coronation Street is set to make a major decision about his future on the cobbles.
Dylan has recently returned to the show after a stay in 2020, although he has to make a decision whether or not to stay or leave.
As his leaving date approaches, Sean decides to organize a goodbye dinner for Dylan. However, Sean must work.
Glenda thinks of an idea in an effort to uplift him, and upon Sean's arrival at the Bistro, he discovers that Glenda and Mary have invited James to the dinner.
Before they eat, James suggests a quick chat, causing Dylan to admit he prefers to stay and live on the cobbles rather than return.
Is Dylan on his way out for the rest of his life?
Sean, who recently broke up things off with partner Frank after discovering about the latter's previous bullying of George Shuttleworth, has a busy day on the road.
Antony Cotton, a Sean star who joined the soap last year, said at the time: "I've always said that if they're happy for me to be there, then I'll be happy to be there." If it'sn't broken, don't fix it.
"Some work is thin on the ground today. I am very fortunate to be in a job." There are stories that we tried to do, but we couldn't do them in the end because of the pandemic. They will happen next year."
Coronation Street airs on ITV Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 8pm, and it also airs on the ITV Hub.
