Season 3 of Ramy has announced a release date ...

Ramy Youssefs critically acclaimed Hulu comedy is returning after a 28-month hiatus.

On Wednesday, Ramy Season 3 will be released on Friday, September 30, with all of the ten episodes dropping simultaneously. In addition, Youssef revealed the following key art (see below).

Ramy Hassan, a first-generation Egyptian American and Muslim living in a politically divided New Jersey town, is played by Youssef, who co-created the series and serves as an executive producer. The series explores the obstacles faced by a millennial generation that believes an afterlife exists, according to the official description.

While Ramy abandons his spiritual journey, the Ramys family is forced to confront their tendency to live a life dedicated to worldly worries and, in some instances, lies.

Youssef, Laith Nakli, Hiam Abbass, Amr Waked, May Calamawy, Dave Merheje, Mohammed Amer, and Steve Way are among the returning cast members.

Ramy joined Hulu in April 2019 for a 10-episode freshman season, and was renewed for Season 2 later that spring. Youssef received a Golden Globe in 2020 for Best Lead Actor in a Comedy Series, and Ramy received a Peabody Award that June.
