Maks and Val Chmerkovskiy mark the End of an Era ...

Professional dancers and brothers Maksim and Valentin Chmerkovskiy of Dancing With the Stars have reached the end of a long history for Baranova27, the organization founded by their father Aleksandr to assist Ukrainian people during the Russian invasion.

Here's all you need to know about how to continue to assist others:

Baranova 27 Closed Its Doors to Restructure

Maksim Chmerkovskiy (@maksimc) has shared a post.

Baranova27, named for the location in Ukraine where the Chmerkovskiy brothers grew up, announced that it would soon close its doors to undergo a reorganization in an Instagram post.

The following message is used in the announcement:

Baranova27 will soon close its Fort Lee warehouse and begin a fresh phase of our organization. You have all been an integral part of our organization, and we are excited for this next chapter.

We want to extend our thanks to the amazing landlords who gave us five months of prime real estate. You have enabled us to accomplish so much!

Baranova27's work is not coming to an end, it's a new phase. Our work is just beginning with our Baranova27 Villages project, where Ukrainian families desperately need a safe place to stay. Please continue to make a tax-deductible donation through our GoFundMe page.

The last donation collections must be returned to us by 8/1 to be shipped out the following week. Please visit our Amazon wishlist to help us make our next shipment the best yet!

The announcement concluded with a thank you and a promise to keep a monitor for further developments.

Maks and Val have both expressed concern about the organization temporarily closing.

Baranova 27's tweet (@baranova27) is a shared post.

Maks and Val shared their thoughts on Instagram as the final day neared. He said that it's been amazing to see people's desire to help grow stronger when they actually do something about it!

I am so grateful to everyone involved, starting with our fearless leader Aleksander Chmerkovskiy, who has told 149 of his stories, documenting him witnessing the incredible side of humanity and being driven to do even more because of it, writes Maks. For the last 149 days I have consistently wished for this conflict to come to an end immediately and the rebuilding of Ukraine to begin.

Val posted a video on his Instagram Stories as the final shipping container was loaded up.

It's day 159 at Baranova27 with some heavy hearts and feelings that its the last container that were sending from this particular address, 2060 Hudson St. It's a lot of memories for this 159 days and my personal heart is full of emotions at this day 159. But this era is kind of over, and a new era begins.

The Baranova27 GoFundMe is still accepting donations if you wish to assist Ukraine's people. So far it has raised over $350,000 for Ukraine's people.

On Disney Plus, Dancing With the Stars will resume for its 31st season on Monday, September 19.
