To commemorate QuakeCon, classic RPGs are now available on PC Game Pass ...

Today is the first day of QuakeCon 2022, and to commemorate the occasion, Microsoft is releasing some classic RPGs andFPS titles from the Bethesdas back catalogue to PC Game Pass, and several classic titles will be available for free on the Microsoft Store.

Return to Castle Wolfenstein, Wolfenstein 3D, Quake 4, An Elder Scrolls Legend: Battlespire, and The Elder Scrolls Adventures: Redguard will be added to PC Game Pass' library starting August 18. The Games Pass preview program for Return to Castle Wolfenstein first revealed earlier this month.

Two old games from The Elder Scrolls, Redguard and Battlespire, have recently shown up on Steam (following the closure of the Bethesda launcher earlier this year). Now they are joining the PC Game Pass family of games.

The Elder Scrolls: Arena, the Elder Scrolls: Daggerfall, and Quake Champions are also available on Steam today. For those who have Game Pass membership, you can earn a reward for unlocking all of the champions in Quake Champions.

Although these will not be free games, you can still get Heretic: Serpent Riders, Hexen: Beyond Heretic, and Hexen: Deathkings on the Microsoft Store today.
