The Midnight Club, a horror mystery series created by Mike Flanagan and Leah Fong, has just released four new images, including one from Chris Pike's young adult novel. Iman Benson, Adia, Igby Rigney, Ruth Codd, Aya Furukawa, Annarah Cymone, William Chris Sumpter, Sauriyan Sapkota, and Nightmare on Elm Street actress Heather Langenkamp will play the suspicious doctor who manages the facility

The new images for The Midnight Club show the main characters in all their glory. One image is particularly frightening, consisting of a character using an old-school phone with tears in his eyes while the other characters appear to be screaming and hurting in the background. The show could also be a campy adaptation of Netflix's Fear Street trilogy.

The Midnight Club's first season will consist of ten episodes. Flanagan is the lead actor for the first two episodes, while subsequent episodes are directed by Axelle Carolyn, Emmanuel Osei-Kuffour, Michael Fimognari, Trevor Macy, and Viet Nguyen. Flanagan directed the hit Netflix series The Haunting of Hill House, as well as the follow-up to the latter, The Haunting of Bly Manor. Other notable films include Oculus, Hush, Ouija: Origin of Evil, Gerald's Game, and Doctor Sleep. Flanagan is also slated to direct a feature adaptation of The Season of Passage, another novel by Pike.

On October 7, Netflix will release The Midnight Club.
