After the summer break, the professional CS:GO scene has returned, and Vitalitys legend Mathieu ZywOo Herbaut seems to have returned to his previous form.

Aymar starred in ESL Pro League season 16s Group A, where they won not one series but first place. During the group stage, ZywOo displayed some impressive form and as a result, collected some incredible stats.

According to HLTV, ZywOo earned the highest 2.0 rating with a 1.40 score. He was also the best player in terms of KD difference (+113), damage difference per round (+22.5), total kills (310), and total kills per round (0.88).

ZywOo has also set a new record for the least deaths per round in the event so far (0.56) and for the most rounds with more than one kill (56.7 percent). In total, the 21-year-old has claimed the most AWP kills (111) and most opening kills per round (0.16).

In many of those statistics, his Vitality teammates, like Lotan Spinx Giladi, Emil Magisk Reif, or Peter dupreeh Rasmussen, are also in the top five, proving that the team achieved their first spot in the group.

Season 16 of ESL Pro League is far from over. Three more groups will be played in the next weeks, and offline playoffs with a live audience will follow following after in Malta. Fnatic and Natus Vincere are the other two teams that advanced to Group A with Vitality.
