The star of No Time to Die discusses the possibility of a James Bond return ...

No Time to Die spoilers are on the way.

After his role in No Time to Die, Daniel Craig is most certainly not returning to James Bond, but one actor who played him in the latest 007 film has spoken about a possible comeback to the franchise.

Lea Seydoux spoke about her role as Dr. Madeleine Swann in the two most recent Bond movies, Spectre and No Time to Die. Craig's Bond sacrifices himself at the end of the film to ensure Swann and his daughter survives.

Swann remained stable while Bond met his rocky conclusion. This fact leads Seydoux to wonder if she'll rejoin the team someday down the road.

"After all, Im not dead." According to Seydoux, it was James who died, not Madeleine. So, who knows? Maybe Ill be back.

"This is just fake news, right? But if we were serious for a moment, Madeleine drives away with her daughter right at the end because James has saved them. Therell be a new Bond because Daniels Bond died, but whos to say that Madeleine will not be back?

Seydoux will have to find a replacement for Craig in a long way before he can even meet producer Barbara Broccoli on a possible Bond return. First, Henry Cavill and Bridgerton alum Rege-Jean Page are the bookies' favorites to fill the role. Tom Hardy, James Norton, and Idris Elba have also long been considered potential replacements for Craig.

Regardless, they are a long way from receiving any information, and therefore a long way from deciding any details about the next Bond film. Still, Seydoux finds it enjoyable to think about the possibilities.

"I haven't spoken to Barbara about whether or not Madeleine would make an appearance in a future Bond film. A lot has to be done before that stage is reached. This is just idle speculation as we stand on the top of a mountain."
