Bogur, a Twitch streamer, has recently climbed the Overwatch ranked ladder from unranked to Grandmaster without any HUD, outlines, sound, voice, or text communication, and only playing Winston.

Only a few players are capable of accomplishing the feat of reaching the highest rank in any game. Some spend months attempting to climb even one rank higher down the arduous competitive ladder. In Overwatch, Bulgarian streamer Bogur achieved the highest rank with stipulations that made matchmaking even more difficult for himself.

Bogur intended to reach Grandmaster despite depriving himself of several essential functions of the game. Instead of knowing his health, ammunition count, or opponents' locations, games became increasingly difficult for the Twitch streamer as he avoided strategizing with his random teammates.

Bogurs' journey from unranked to Grandmaster took over 80 hours in total. On September 6, Bogur won the final game that propelled him over the edge and into the Grandmaster rank.

Bogur swore in both excitement and disbelief. Oh my fucking god, I barely ate for days. I barely slept for days. Im in tears. Bogur finally saw his final promotion screen, announcing him to Overwatch's highest rank.

Bogur made sure to include an exclamation point in his climb, while remaining unranked to Grandmaster on its own.
