A Fan Of Animal Crossing Is Visiting Every In-Game Artwork In Real Life ...

Imagine the picture: the year 2020, the land is threatened by a global epidemic (the likes of which we have never seen), and while the world begins to crumble right before your very eyes, you, like many of us, begin to become more interested in fishing, real estate, fossil hunting, and, yes, art.

If you didn't have the sudden urge to pursue that eclectic assortment of hobbies (in which case, boy do we have the game for you), it's very probable that you've become a sucker for Animal Crossing: New Horizons, which proved to be a minor pocket of comfort while everything else seemed very hazy. But it's not stopping some people from living the lifestyle that Tom Nook was so eager to sell.

@MayPlaysTV is a UK-based streamer who has undertaken the incredible task of seeing all of the game's artwork in real life. He's been sharing the journey on his social media with fans around the world, and he's had a good start!

Now we all know the stress of weighing up Redd's deals, trying to determine whether or not his products were genuine or just a few of his shifty knock-offs (although the particularly surprised Mona Lisa has a special place in our hearts). Fortunately, May doesn't have to deal with any of that, as he is going to visit museums around the world to tick off every official piece of art off the list.

Nook Miles Ticket can only go so far with 43 different works, after all. Five months in, May has made an impressive effort, documenting 15 different visits, with the series seeing him travel the world to see the artwork and display his custom amiibo card in his honor.

I'm so pleased with how this turned out, more info in the comments! #fyp #foryou #animalcrossing #acnh #animalcrossingnewhorizons #acnhfunny #nintendo #amiibo #fyp #foryou #animalcrossingnewhorizons #acnhfunny #amiibo

Despite our playtime potentially dropping from epidemic levels, Animal Crossing: New Horizons will always hold a special place in our hearts. May's series continues to demonstrate the joy of the game and has us eager to tackle the challenge themselves.
