Following her rehab stint, Bam Margera was reported to have spied at a bar ...

Bam Margera, a former Jackass star, has continued to face unknown turns and turns in his long journey. He has been in and out of rehab in Florida more than once in the last year, but his exits at least previously have not been sanctioned, and now he appears to have left rehab once more.

Bam Margera is seen in a bar in Sarasota in the early hours of Monday morning, after being re-arrested two months earlier. According to TMZ sources, Margera is crashing at the house of a friend. He is also apparently meeting with a lawyer with the intention of escaping his court-ordered rehab.

Bam Margera was announced that he would not be a part of the fourth Jackass film in early 2021. He filed a lawsuit against the company for his exclusion, alleging that he was forced under duress to sign an agreement that he would remain sober. When he reportedly violated the agreement, he was ejected from the film.

Bam Margera has spent the majority of his time since the lawsuit was filed in court ordered rehab in Florida. Initially, earlier this year, Margera appeared to be doing well in rehab. The lawsuit against the Jackass production was settled, and Bam Margera posted videos of himself working out on his journey to recovery.

However, at some point after that, something went sideways, because after all, things seemed to fall apart. More than once this summer, Margera left the rehab facility and went missing. One assumes that the treatment center will report Margera missing again, at which point, if he can be found, he will be returned by police, as previously.

While all this is going on, Margera is in a legal battle with his wife Nikki Boyd regarding their son's visitation. She has requested full custody and that Margera receive only supervised visits. Boyds side also wants to coordinate visitation with the rehab facility, but Margera appears to prefer not to wait for that.

Margera has reportedly not spoken with his ex-wife or his child since resuming rehab in June. He has also apparently cut off communication with his own parents. It's clear that everyone wants to see Bam get better. Jackass' co-star Steve-O claims that removing him from the film was all a sign of love.
