After suing Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt is being sued for winery drama month after month ...

The ongoing vineyard dispute has become an even larger part of the story. Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have been in the midst of a divorce since 2016, with the main disagreements affecting the couple's children's custody and the division of their assets, including the vineyard. After Pitt sued Jolie earlier this year for $250 million for the same property, Jolie's company Nouvel is now suing Pitt for the same property.

According to the lawsuit filed by Jolie's company, Pitt is attempting to seize control of the winery and keep Jolie from seeing a dime of its profits. This hush-clause is allegedly meant to sabotage Jolie from discussing why they got divorced and that Pitt spent millions on vanity projects.

Pitt plotted a multifaceted, years-long effort to seize control of Chateau Miraval and seize its assets for his benefit and that of his own companies and friends in response to the divorce and custody proceedings. His two main objectives were to usurp Jolies' business, Nouvel, and to acquire sole ownership of Chateau Miraval.

The dispute over the vineyard has been long, and whats going on with it has been a major part of it. In 2008, the Maleficent actor purchased the vineyard, and Pitt is still retaining 50% of the business. The Bullet Train actor's suit is over the vineyard. He claims he was unaware of or had consent over who Jolie chose to sell his share. He also stated that he was unaware of the sale until it was completed.

Affectionate to the vineyard drama, there has been information surrounding an FBI complaint over the infamous plane incident in connection with Jolies allegations of domestic abuse by Pitt this summer, around the time Pitt's film Bullet Train was released.

On top of all of the asset turmoil, they are still arguing over their children, some of whom are now adults. Jolie is said to be still fighting in court for her once Upon a Time in Hollywood actor to lose 50/50 custody, and a source has stated how Pitt goes long gaps without setting them.

The behind-the-scenes discussion has been going on for years now, and neither party appears to be reaching an agreement anytime soon. Yet, while the fight continues, both have plans in the works. Babylon is scheduled to be released later this year as part of the 2022 movie release schedule. The film Without Blood is in post-production, and Jolie's next acting project, Maleficent 3, is in pre-production.
