Erin Moriarty of The Boys receives help from Jack Quaid and others after opening up about toxic fans ...

The Boys, a well-known genre TV series, has a wide following. However, there may also be a level of toxicity that runs through that strongwill. Erin Moriarty, who plays Annie January/Starlight, has recently expressed her concern about the issue, and she has received support from other actors.

Erin Moriarity shared excerpts from an Instagram post that examined the reaction to her appearance from the fan base. Many of the comments relate to her character's actions, while others relate to her feelings of being silenced and dehumanized as a result of the comments.

I do feel dehumanized. I do feel paralyzed. Ive put blood, sweat, and tears into this role (over and over again), Ive grown UP in this characters shoes (*emphasis on grown up - we change & develop mentally AND physically), and c) everyone is going through their own battle(s), and I will never intentionally (and ESPECIALLY) add to yours. I see you, I do not hate you.

Starlight, who has a tendency to despise evil things, has become one of the most complex and tragic characters on The Boys for the first three seasons. As a child, she was taught to believe her abilities were a gift from God when in reality, she was given Compound V at a very young age. And as an adult, she was forced to publicly portray Homelander, who has a tendency to do evil things as part of PR damage control.

It's sad to imagine that Erin Moriarty herself has been exposed to negative attention from fans. However, she was able to express her gratitude in the comments. Jack Quaid, who plays Hughie Campbell, expressed some sweet words.

Erin, we're all here to support you. You're an incredible, gifted, and gifted force of nature, and I consider myself to be extremely lucky to know you. Keep shining bright. Leave the trolls to us. You've made a comeback.

Chace Crawford, who plays The Deep, weighed in as well, saying, I'm sorry! Nate Mitchell added in a series of heart emojis as a sign of support. And Homelander herself Antony Starr joined the chorus of praise with a lovely message:

[I] stand behind you and what you say here at the end. Well put ;) Your work on the program is and always has been excellent, and you are beautiful inside and out. Keep shining ;) xo

Annie is a dynamic individual who many can relate to. On top of that, Erin Moriarty's performance is outstanding. Such a character is a boon for The Boys, which is currently oversaturated with superhero stores. One can only hope that certain people will appreciate her work as her co-stars and others have.

Erin Moriaritys will take on the role of Starlight in the third season of Amazon Prime, while you wait for The Boys Season 4 (which has a lot of questions to answer) there are other small-screen programming planned for 2022.
