CD Projekt announced a next-gen (or current-gen) version of The Witcher 3 that would be released at the end of 2022, and, while revealing a fresh update to Cyberpunk 2077, it appears that the Witcher upgrade is still on track for a release at the end of the year.

After all of this time, it can be easy to forget how popular The Witcher 3 was, especially given the serious problems that plagued the highly anticipated Cyberpunk 2077 sequel.
