Azir's skin for Worlds 2022 has been released for testing on the Leagues PBE ...

A League of Legends champion who has dominated the mid-lane meta for years, and is becoming even more popular with recent changes to durability, is the recipient of a skin commemorating the World Championship this year.

Riot has not officially released this skin on social media platforms as it has done with previous skin additions, nor has it yet acknowledged the addition of Ashen Knight Sylas to the PBE.

Worlds 2022 Azir is shown in a YouTube video featuring a mechanized version of his normal self, complete with more robotic tones in his voice. The many Chromas for this skin are listed as being available through event loot, insinuating that a Worlds event announcement is on the way.

Azir has several colored ribbons sprouting from his body, each with different symbols and numbers representing League esports at the end.

As this skin is currently in testing on the PBE, it may be tweaked before its official release on live servers. Riot has not yet given a date as to when players will be able to purchase this skin in League, although the timing of its appearance on the PBE suggests that it will be released in Patch 12.18 alongside the Fright Night skins.
