Players who were not able to pass the Alpha test for the upcoming Dragonflight expansion in World of Warcraft can now get their first taste thanks to the pre-patch which is now available on PTR servers.
With the pre-patch later this year, players will get a taste of some of Blizzard's legacy MMORPG game changes.
However, not all of the new Dragonflight features will be available for download.
For PTR testing, the Dragonflight Pre-Patch is now available. https://t.co/KQ9yhXM5ux
Notably, anyone who is testing out the patch on the PTR will not have any access to the new Evoker class. Right now, the only major changes to the game are the addition of new talent trees, but other changes will likely follow in the coming months, including the Evoker.
There are no pre-patch quest lines yet for players to complete, but they are most certainly on the way. If you want to test out how your class will play in Dragonflight, you may want to do so now that the abilities have been upgraded.
The game is being rebuilt with a new HUD UI, and when you inspect the map youll notice that Dragon Isles is now visible in the world of Azeroth.
The pre-patch event for Dragonflight is expected to begin at least two weeks before the launch of Dragonflight, which (as of right now) does not have a specific release date.
