The next reveal of Dr Disrespect and Midnight Society's DEADROP battle royale has been postponed ...

Fans will have to wait a little longer before getting a chance to see Dr Disrespects' Battle Royale title DEADROP in the live stream, because the reveal has been postponed.

Midnight Society, the creator of a post today, announced that it has been pushed back and that it will be held on Tuesday, September 20. The reason for the change is said to be to avoid a financial crisis.

According to the statement, the second snapshot (SS2) includes some significant new gameplay structures that are fundamental to the Deadrops experience.

We cant wait to get SS2 back into the hands of our Variants and to play it together, but waiting is exactly what we must do. Today, after discussing the work remaining to get SS2 back on track to meet our quality standards, it became clear that it would only be possible if the team worked longer hours.

Continued, the statement states that Midnight Society does not intend to sell an inferior product just to meet a deadline. With this additional time, SS2 is said to be getting the finished implementation of the essential backend components that are integral to the gameplay, but also allowing the staff to complete this without leaving a healthy work schedule.

Dr Disrespect himself hasn't commented on the delaying of the process yet.

This might be a bad news for those who want to see more of Deadrop, but the delay isn't too long, and enthusiasts of Dr. Disrespect may expect it to arrive before the end of the month.
