Fans of Pokemon in Europe who are still grinding through Sword and Shield received today some good news. A new distribution will begin on September 9 in Europe, allowing players to acquire Genesect, Volcanion, and Marshadow.
From the special World Cap Pikachu to Lucario, the new offer follows other distribution events intended to allow players in Sword and Shield to collect the Ashs team from Pokemon Journeys.
Update on Serebii: A new distribution for Pokemon Sword & Shield is now available in Europe, starting tomorrow, September 9th, and ending September 30th. Offers codes to get Genesect, Volcanion, and Marshadow in Pokemon Sword & Shield.Details and known locations can be found at https://t.co/gDbXvKT pic.twitter.com/3TO0t8VDAs
All three Pokemon are also powerful in their own right, giving trainers a new Pokemon to build their teams around in addition to trying to catch them all in Sword and Shield.
Players will need to visit several real-world stores to obtain a code card for all three Pokemon in this event, according to the Pokemon database Serebii. They will be available from September 9 to September 30.
Today's announcement also included information about new competitions in both Sword and Shield and Pokemon Masters EX that players who are interested in competing may take part in. Overall, there seems to be plenty more to keep players busy in Sword and Shield while the collective Pokemon fandom awaits Scarlet and Violet to release this November.
