In Splatoon 3, is Salmon Run: Next Wave a time limit or a permanent fixture? ...

Splatoon 2 has a wide range of gameplay options, but one particular mode was only available at very limited times, and it just happened to be one of the best.

The Salmon Run mode in Splatoon is an extremely enjoyable cooperative wave-based mode that brings a team of players together to fend off the oncoming fish assault. There are a few minor changes though.

This new feature poses a challenge to returning players, but you'll be glad to know that it's not an issue.

Is Salmon Run: Next Wave a Time-Restricted Game in Splatoon 3?

The Salmon Run Next Wave is available all day, every day, unlike Splatoon 2.

The mode is now available to play with your friends at any time you want, and it is permanent so its not going anywhere. Adding even more to this, there is still a limited-time event players can enjoy called the Big Run.

Big Runs are only scheduled to be released once every few months, so players should not worry about them right now. However, they will take place nearby Splatsville, where players will be able to help defend the city from an imminent attack.

Although similar, these two modes are distinct, and this means that while you wait for the big limited-time events, there is still plenty of Salmon Run action to be had whenever you desire.
