The League Patch 13.2 (13.1B) notes are presented here

The League Patch 13.2 (13.1B) notes are presented here ...

Season 13 of League of Legends is well and truly underway, and the Riot Games developers are already making significant changes to the League meta through a stack of buffs, nerfs, and changes as the year's best and worst champions begin to make themselves known across Summoner's Rift.

Next up on League's fortnightly updates is Patch 13.2, which is equally as significant—if not even more significant—than season 13's first patch. Annie and Ahri are the usual raft of champion changes, while 23 items (and counting) are under the microscope.

Riot devs have locked in more Lunar-themed skin and cosmetics for the month's second patch cycle.

Here's all you need to know about League Patch 13.2 (13.1B).

Release Date for League Patch 13.2 (13.1B)

Due to an unexpected social engineering incident, Patch 13.2 has been delayed and broken down into hotfix micropatches, each of which will introduce one of the already announced balancing changes. New content that was supposed to be released with Patch 13.2, namely Ahri's ASU, will be delayed until Patch 13.3 early in February.

What will be included in League Patch 13.2 (13.1B)?

Dot Esports has received a lot of League Patch 13.2 updates on the League PBE, but they didn't release their usual patch preview this week. The Riot devs have confirmed that the January update was due to a "social engineering breach," which has now put the January update in jeopardy.

Riot has been hit by a'social engineering attack' that will affect patch cadence, according to a report.

After going without any updates to her abilities for almost a year, Annie is at the forefront of 13.2 changes (the last time she got changes was Patch 12.12). The Dark Child has dropped into the "niche pick" range early in season 13, and Riot is trying to remedy that.

The League's developers are increasing the numbers for her stun-heavy passive (Pyromania), W (Incinerate), E (Molten Shield), and her famous Tibbers ultimate.

Riot Phroxzon has confirmed that these changes would take place on January 17.

In League Patch 13.2, all tentative Annie buffs and changes will be shipped.

The Ahri art and sustainability update, which will refresh the Nine-Tailed Fox's animation in-game as well as her audio and skin designs to match modern League standards, has been penned in for a Patch 13.2.

Riot has announced that Ahri's ASU would be moved to Patch 13.3 after a cyber intrusion that disrupted most of the company's January patch plans. The new-look Ahri update will arrive early in February.

League of Legends Ahri ASU: When it's released, new splash art, and more

In League Patch 13.2, bot laners—or more specifically, AD carry mains—are getting a lot of attention, with a dozen marksmen getting mana boosts and abilities enhancements.

Ashe, Caitlyn, Jhin, Jinx, Lucian, Miss Fortune, Senna, Sivir, Twitch, and Xayah are among the new ADC enhancements revealed by LCS commentator-turned-Riot developer David "Phreak" Turley on January 14.

Marksmen are getting huge mana bonuses in League Patch 13.2 here.

This patch includes six themed cosmetics for Ashe, Kha'Zix, Malphite, Qiyana, Thresh, and Lissandra, the last of which is a stunning new Prestige skin.

Here are some highlights from Patch 13.2: New Skins.
