Below are the patch notes for League Patch 13.2 (13.1B) for that patch ...

Season 13 of League of Legends is well and truly underway, and the Riot Games developers are already making significant changes to the League meta through a pile of buffs, nerfs, and changes as the year's best and worst champions begin to make themselves known across Summoner's Rift.

The next installment of League's fortnightly updates is Patch 13.1b, which is equally as heavy—if not even more so—than the first patch for season 13. Lilia, Heimerdinger, and Orianna lead the way in all 23 items.

Riot devs have locked in more Lunar-themed skin and cosmetics for the month's second patch cycle.

Here's all you need to know about League Patch 13.2 (13.1B).

The release date for League Patch 13.2 (13.1B) has been set.

According to Riot's patch schedule, the first update for 2023 was scheduled for Wednesday, January 25, but Patch 13.2 has been postponed and broken down into hotfix micropatches, each introducing one of the already announced balancing changes.

Some of the new content that was scheduled to be released in League with Patch 13.2, including Ahri's ASU, will be postponed until Patch 13.3 in early February.

League patch 13.2 (13.1b) has the most significant changes and updates.

Dot Esports has obtained a slew of League Patch 13.2 changes on the League PBE, but the developers did not provide a patch preview this week.

The Riot devs explained that the studio's "social engineering incident" which occurred just days before has caused the January update to be in jeopardy. According to Riot PR, the Ahri ASU and other new content will have to wait until Patch 13.3 early in February.

Riot has been hit by a'social engineering attack' that will affect patch cadence, according to the report.

After going nearly a year without receiving any enhancements to her abilities, Annie was supposed to be at the forefront of 13.2 changes (the last time she received updates was Patch 12.12). The Dark Child has dropped into the "niche pick" range early in season 13, and Riot is working to correct it in this update.

The League developers are increasing the numbers for her stun-heavy passive (Pyromania), W (Incinerate), and her famous Tibbers ultimate, all of which will most likely be available with Patch 13.1c, which has yet to be released.

All pending Annie buffs and changes will be available in League Patch 13.2 this week.

The Ahri art and sustainability update, which will make the Nine-Tailed Fox's gameplay in-game as well as her audio and skin designs up to date for modern League, has been penned into Patch 13.2.

Riot announced that Ahri's ASU would be moved to Patch 13.3 after a cyber strike scuppere many of the company's January patch plans. The refreshed Ahri update will be released early in February.

League of Legends Ahri ASU: When it's released, new splash art, and more

In League Patch 13.2, bot laners—or more specifically, AD carry mains—are getting a lot of attention, with a dozen marksmen receiving mana boosts and ability enhancements.

Ashe, Caitlyn, Ezreal, Jhin, Lucian, Miss Fortune, Senna, Sivir, Twitch, and Xayah will be affected by LCS commentator-turned-Riot developer David "Phreak" Turley on January 14.

In League Patch 13.2, Marksmen are getting huge mana bonuses.

This week, the Lunar New Year's Eve celebrations include Ashe, Kha'Zix, Malphite, Thresh, and Lissandra, the last of which is getting a stunning new Prestige skin.

Here are a list of all the new skins that will be released in Patch 13.2 (13.1b):

  • Lunar Empress Ashe (1,350 RP)
  • Lunar Guardian Kha’Zix (1,350 RP)
  • Lunar Guardian Malphite (1,350 RP)
  • Lunar Empress Qiyana (1,350 RP)
  • Lunar Emperor Thresh (1,350 RP)
  • Prestige Porcelain Lissandra (2,000 Lunar Revel 2023 Tokens)

These skins will most likely be up for the League 13.2 update.

Here are the patch notes for the January 24 update, which will be distributed as a series of micropatches. Keep in mind, however, that any unshipped changes will be fine for the time being.
