In Forspoken, how does the Battle Grade system work? ...

Players will be rewarded for every victory in Forspoken, because of a unique combat system that grades each fight on several levels. The Battle Ranking or grade system scores every fight in the game and rewards a ranking at the end. The ranking determines how much experience is earned and what items are available as loot after each fight.

Forspoken: How to Get a Perfect Battle Ranking

The task of achieving a perfect Battle Ranking or a star can be arduous, but there are a few strategies players can follow to improve their ranking in every fight. For example, players can attack enemies from behind or from sides without attracting attention. Similarly, combining spells is a great way to boost their Battle Ranking.

Likewise, using the magical parkour ability while defending an opponent earns a high score. Make sure to have the perfect balance between attack, support, and surge magic during every fight. Players may also perform dodge rolls to avoid an attack, and Cuff Counters to halt the fight's momentum on their side.

The Forspoken combat system is rather remarkable, as it allows players to farm loot quickly. The highest combat ranking is an E, while the lowest is a star. However, getting a high ranking like a star early on in the game can be tricky against every opponent.

Check the Battle Ranking in the top right-hand corner of the screen when fighting enemies. Similarly, being hit by an enemy, or using the same ineffective moves will result in lower rankings.
