Minecraft 1.19: How to Make Flight ...

Minecraft is a game about the ability to do what you want in its sandbox world made of blocks. You may go wherever you want when you want, provided you have the means to get there. That, particularly climbing mountains using steps, is quite slow. Here's how to enable flying in Minecraft.

In Minecraft, how do I set up flying?

In a basic Minecraft version of Java or Bedrock Edition, free flying can only be achieved when the game is in Creative Mode. Fortunately, you can set the game to this mode at any time. Upon world creation, you can simply set it to Creative Mode, or you can toggle it over in the settings while playing.

The only way to fly naturally in Minecraft is with an Elytra. When you have one in your hand, you may lift yourself up on high ledges and into the air. If you have a firework in your hand, you may light it off behind you to propel yourself forward and into the air. There is no command to allow flying during Survival Mode.

If you are playing on a Minecraft server hosted by a different service, you may enable flying by going into the Config Files and finding the Server Settings entry. This may vary depending on the host service. Any changes you make to a server will require a refresh.
