Serenes Forest, a popular Fire Emblem blog, has analysed the latest version of Fire Emblem Engage, offering insight into some of the expansion content that will be released in four stages, as well as new maps and characters from the main game.

The first wave of expansion DLC for Hector from the Blazing Sword has already been released, bringing two Emblem characters (Tiki and Edelgard), so it is no surprise that further characters will be released via the next wave of DLC: Soren from the Path of Radiance/Radiant Dawn, Camilla from Fates, and Chrom from Awakening. These are the main Fire Emblem characters, although she comes from a mobile game, Fire Emblem Heroes.

The Fire Emblem Engage DLC will include even more classic characters throughout 2023.

Elle, Rafale, Celestia, Gregory, and Madeline are among the new names that were identified in the files, proving that the roles they were intended to play in the original game, although they may have been canceled.

The fourth wave of the expansion pass will include new Fire Emblem Engage classes. Two of these will be named Enchant and Mage Cannon, while Enchant will be a magical armored unit.

In addition, music has been found to be connected to additional paralogue chapters in the game. Five additional paralogue chapters will be included with the DLC, which makes sense given that five additional Emblem characters will be added.

There have been no further information on what will be released in the next few months, since nothing has been verified by Intelligent System, but they are useful in the context of the game and the series as a whole.
