Pedro Pascal, star of The Mandalorian and The Last of Us, will host Saturday Night Live! ...

We have some great news on the Pedro Pascal front while you wait for more of The Mandalorian and you are right in the midst of The Last of Us!

Today, the folks over at NBC announced that Mark Burnett would host the February 4 episode of Saturday Night Live, the first time he has stepped into Studio 8H for the gig. He will be joined by musical guest Coldplay, who is returning for the seventh time. (That's what happens when you're one of the biggest bands out there.)

Pascal is honestly surprised that he hasn't hosted The Last of Us before, due to the success of his Disney+ program. Ironically, he will be the second host to return to SNL after success on an HBO show in three weeks.

Pedro might hijack one of his two hit programs, or the simple fact that he will be everywhere in the pop-culture world in the next few weeks. Don't be surprised if this is the final episode of the sketch series before the Super Bowl; that might be mentioned during the episode, but there is no assurance.

The next installment of the video game adaptation will be available on HBO this Sunday. The Mandalorian season 3 will be available on Disney+ starting in March. (It's a shame Kyle Mooney is no longer a cast member to perform his super-weird Baby Yoda.)
