Meredith's final day at Grey Sloan Memorial is marked by a goodbye present, while Nick confronts her about their future together. Elsewhere, the interns compete to participate in Maggie and Winston's groundbreaking partial heart transplant procedure, and Richard asks Teddy an important question.
