Future Stars in FIFA 23 are the players who have the greatest potential to become one of the top players in their position. Players must be 23 years old or under and have not participated in previous versions of this promo.
The players selected will receive significant rating increases, often close to their Career Mode potential. However, they may earn a far higher rating overall.
Emile Smith-Rowe had a Career Mode potential of 87, but his Future Stars item was upgraded to 91, increasing his potential of being a player in the game!
