As he continues his MCU run, Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania star Paul Rudd reveals his secret to staying young.
Rudd has built himself a reputation for his eternally young appearance. He does not seem to age, even cementing himself as People Magazine's "Sexiest Man Alive" back in 2021 when he was already 52 years old.
The Ant-Man actor is currently facing off against another strapping young man in Jonathan Majors' Kang the Conqueror, a physically dominant villain with a "dangerous" intelligence.
Rudd has revealed what keeps him so young now, after more than 20 years in Hollywood.
The Fountain of Youth of Paul Rudd
Paul Rudd, star of Ant-Man and The Wasp, has finally pulled the curtain off his secret of looking young as he does.
The 53-year-old believes it all comes down to a few things, including "sleep," "diet," and "weights."
Laughing about the shirtless moments he has had to do as a member of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, he also discussed how to maintain a superhero physique.
Rudd's morning routine included "a cup of coffee," "cardio," and "weights," according to the day.
The MCU star said his daily menu of eggs, salmon, and protein shakes "sounds like hell," but "it's not."
Rudd believes that routine is critical for him, and this all adds to his day:
With Paul Rudd, you can become a superhero.
People were raving about Paul Rudd's youthful appearance long before he took on the role of Scott Lang/Ant-Man. However, those attitudes have only heightened as the actor continues his MCU career.
And it's cool to get a glimpse behind the curtain into what his "fountain of youth" has been.
There isn't much new here, but it's certainly not the first time a superhero actor has gotten into their exercise routine and strict diets.
And it's a good thing Rudd has remained as dedicated as he is. With Jonathan Majors' Quantumania antagonist, he'll have his hands full from a physical standpoint. So it's great that he's staying as young as he can.
Quantumania, Ant-Man and The Wasp, will be released in cinemas on Friday, February 17.
