A total of 128 Teamfight Tactics players from over 25 countries in the EMEA region competed for qualifier points and a direct invite to the Rising Legends Set Eight Finals.
The first EMEA Golden Spatula Cup of TFT Set Eight took place from February 3 to 5, featuring gameplay on the 13.1 C-patch. Players from over 25 countries received an invite to the first GSC through either regional competitions or ladder snapshots, or from the Open Qualifier.

The remaining players were qualified via the Rising Legends Open Qualifier (32 slots) and from ladder snapshots (44 slots). Both the three GSC tournaments and Ranked ladder scores will determine the 32 players who will compete for Worlds places in the Rising Legends Finals.
EMEA GSC1 standings for February 3rd
Only 64 players advanced to the second day of competition out of the 128 players who began on day one of the Golden Spatula Cup. Lobbies were reseeded every round after the first two games, and points earned from the first day carried over into day two.
Only Deliryumm and Qetzer had back-to-back first-place finishes after two of six total games played.
With four games completed and two to go during the first day of competition, TSWS, IASA, Armatruc, and Xperion were at the top of the leaderboard with two first-place lobby victories for each. Traviscwat was at 41 points overall after day one due to tie-breakers.
