Octopath Traveler 2 will be released on PS5 and PS4 at 3 pm PST today, February 8. Those who try it will be able to transfer their save data back to the entire game when it is released on February 24.
What's included in the Octopath Traveler 2 Prologue Demo?
Players will be able to play all eight playable characters for the first three hours of the game, as well as a chance to try them out. Osvald the Scholar, Throné the Thief, Temenos the Cleric, Ochette the Hunter, and Castti the Apothecary All have their own stories to tell. After the three hours are over, players may resume the demo with a different character. However, the demo only has a single save slot that can be used
The demo for the game may be downloaded right now from the PlayStation Store. Like the game's announcement, the demo reveal was first shown during today's Nintendo Direct, but little else from that show will be released on PS5 and/or PS4 consoles.
