MultiVersus tries to remedy an old one by introducing a new one ...

MultiVersus is Warner Bros.' attempt at a platform fighter genre, bringing some of the most popular characters from WB history. Since it began season one back in August, developer Player First Games somehow managed to release a character roughly every two weeks until December. Since then, the company hasn't updated the game, and now the next planned release has been postponed.

The current season of the game was originally scheduled to conclude on Valentine's Day, but instead has been pushed to March 31, another month and a half away.

MultiVersus should not include a new experience bonus in the battle pass, since it was intended to be a feature, but rather a delay in content.

Many players are dissatisfied with the news that there will be no more fighters or arenas for the game. This is likely to erode the excitement around a game that has always needed something to stay alive. Despite the possibility of a Valentine's Day event, many are still unable to maintain the excitement they once had.
