OpTic Texas makes another change just a month after Scumps' retirement ...

Indervir "iLLeY" Dhaliwal, an OpTic Texas Call of Duty player, was withdrawn from the starting lineup today.

Following a fourth-place finish in the CDL Major Two, which concluded on February 5, the player announced via Twitter that he has entered restricted free agency.

OpTic Texas might sign an amateur player to take the place of iLLeY on the starting roster, according to reports.

Seth "Scump" Abner, a legendary CoD player, resigned from competition on January 17 and stepped down from the OpTic Texas roster.

Following the iLLeY announcement, Las Vegas Legion player James "Clayster" Eubanks expressed his concern about the move, along with other members of the CoD community.

Following a defeat to the Los Angeles Thieves in the fourth round of the losers bracket, the current OpTic roster consisted of iLLeY, Anthony "Shotzzy" Cuevas-Castro, Cuyler "Huke" Garland, and Brandon "Dashy" Otell.

OpTic Texas, who have struggled to reclaim the old glory that OpTic Gaming fans have come to expect from previous iterations, performed one of the best performances of the CDL Modern Warfare 2 season.

ILLeY was a member of the Dallas Empire roster that won the CoD League Championship 2020. Huke, his OpTic Texas teammate, was also on the roster that defeated Atlanta FaZe in the final to clinch the championship.

If the OpTic Texas buyout plan is feasible, the world champion will most likely be able to find a team.
