Many games that require you to aim your controller or mouse will most likely have a field of view (FOV) slider. This feature allows the player to manually increase/decrease the distance that the camera can see, or it may be another accessibility option that allows players to tweak it to their hearts content.

If you know where to look in the game, you will see a drop down that says 'field of view.' However, if you are fortunate enough to pick up the game on PC, you will be more than happy to try it out and see what works best for you.

Some developers prefer to restrict a feature like a field of view to PC players only. This unfortunately is the case for Hogwarts Legacy, as only PC players may alter their FOV. Forcing console players to deal with the awkward camera squishes and the like during certain scenes might not be a deal breaker for some. However, for others, this is simply unacceptable.
