Buda takes over from rox in the 9zs CS:GO team ahead of Americas RMR ...

Nicolas buda Kramer, a former academy CS:GO player at 9z, has been promoted to fill the vacant post left vacant by Martin rox Molina's departure earlier this month.

The 19-year-old Argentinian footballer will undergo a baptism by fire in the near future after making a hell debut against tier-one teams at the IEM Rio Major Americas Regional Major Ranking (RMR) tournament in October, which will determine whether 9z will qualify for the second Valve-sponsored event of the year.

Buda will have significant shoes to fill due to rox's remarkable ability to qualify for the PGL Antwerp Major earlier this year. 9z won five best-of-three series in a row to earn a place in the $1 million tournament.

Rox left the 9zs active lineup due to personal reasons after the team qualified for the Americas RMR via the second South American open qualifier. In January 2021, he joined the Argentinian organization, which ranked 19th in the world in HLTVs rankings.

Buda, on the other hand, has been playing for 9z Academy since May 2021 and has averaged a 1.14 rating on 23 HLTV maps this year. He has only played in South American events thus far and will get his first international experience during the IEM Rio Major Americas RMR.

9z will compete with him, Franco dgt Garcia, David dav1d Maldonado, Lucas nqz Soares, and Maximiliano max Gonzalez in the Americas RMR competition in Stockholm, Sweden. Six IEM Rio Major spots will be available from October 5 to 9.
