House of the Dragon season 2 will be released in just a month! We know there's been a bit of pre-production work for some time now, and the whole cast and crew are likely to descend into this world once more.
We should think about a second big issue now that we've discussed it. Is HBO going to want to make a lot of money out of it? You may argue, at least for the time being, that they would do that.

Given that we are talking about one of the network's most popular programs, it is a one that will need to do something to keep people interested between now and its imminent return some time down the road. This program will likely not be revived until spring 2024, at the very least, and we think that does inform on some level how they will go about promoting it.
For the time being, the suggestion that we offer them is quite simple: make sure you do everything in your power to keep people interested in the series. Perhaps that means formally declaring when production is underway, or even revealing some casting news as it starts to trickle in. Both things have some value, as do announcing a return date publicly when one is 100% confirmed. We may see some news on that topic sometime in the end of this year or in early 2024.
