The Season 2 update for Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 is bringing a slew of new content and enhancements for gamers to enjoy and experience.
When it comes to the amount of content in Season 2, MW2 players may not be as satisfied as Warzone 2 players. Five new weapons will be introduced in the Season 2 update, all of which offer a different experience and means to unlock.
The Dual Kodachis are coming to Season 2, so here's how you can unlock them.
How to Get Dual Kodachis Modern Warfare 2 & Warzone 2
The Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 Dual Kodachis melee weapon will be available as a free unlock in the Season 2 Battle Pass, which will be available on February 15.
It's unclear which Section players will need to go to in order to unlock these melee weapons, but we'll update as soon as that information becomes available.
On the Call of Duty blog, the Dual Kodachis is described as a "powerful melee weapon that can quickly move toward a target with a longer-range attack."
According to the description, this melee weapon would have "impressive range and faster forward motion towards opponents compared to the Knife melee weapon." That said, the weapon has "slower strafe and sprint speed."
This weapon is ideal for those who like to sneaky and melee opponents when they least expect it, and it may even be more effective than the regular Knife.
