In Warzone 2 Season 2, every map change for Al Mazrah includes Afghan, underground caves, and more ...

Season 2 of Warzone 2 will include the new Ashika Island Resurgence map, but also changes to Al Mazrah, including the classic Afghan map and an underground cave system.

Season 2 of Warzone 2 is bringing significant changes to Modern Warfare 2's battle royale, reverting many gameplay modes such as looting and the Gulag back to the original game. However, Al Mazrah will also get some attention in Season 2.

The Warzone 2 Season 2 update covers all of the major Al Mazrah map changes, including a new location in the Sattiq Cave Complex area.

  • Afghan plane arrives
  • Passenger Train
  • Underground Cave Network

A Afghan plane has arrived in Warzone 2 Season 2.

The Sattiq Cave Network exhibited the classic Modern Warfare 2 Afghan map, but it was absent from its most famous feature, but it hasn't changed.

The classic Afghan aircraft has crashed-landed at the Sattiq Cave Complex, bringing the famous map to life in Al Mazrah. According to the developers, the "new downed plane offers a great deal of cover between the large cave openings, houses, and bunkers."

Season 2 of Warzone 2: Passenger Train

With the Warzone 2 Season 2 update, another train arrives in Al Mazrah, but this time it's a passenger train.

This passenger train is similar to the freight train, with quick rotations and plenty of high-tier loot. However, instead of the wide-open nature of the freight train, you'll have to maneuver through different cars such as the "sleeper, bar, and normal passenger cars."

All of these cars will have roof lights, although only a few are visible through skylights on the roof. To change between cars, you'll need to open the doors between them.

Season 2 of Warzone 2's Underground Cave Network

The most northern part of Al Mazrah now includes an underground cave network that links the main POIs and landmarks in that area, such as Rohan Oil and Taraq Village.

These caves will have five entrances, including drop-downs and typical cave entrances. There will also be loot to discover inside these tunnels, so they will be well worth a visit.
