In Warzone 2, Akimbo X13 Auto Pistols have been the go-to secondary weapon in recent weeks, but IceManIsaac has revealed a "broken" Pistol loadout that kills even faster.
If you want to win in Warzone 2, finding the ideal weapon combination can be tricky. The RPK and Fennec 45 combo has been the most popular since we first visited Al Mazrah back in 2022.
Players who didn't want to waste a Perk on Overkill chose the Akimbo X13 Auto Pistols due to their ability to eliminate enemies at close range. In fact, players demanded that they be reinstated in the next update.
According to Warzone 2 expert IceManIsaac, there is a Basilisk build with a quicker TTK than Akimbo X13s, which also comes with a lot of other benefits.
Isaac described a Snakeshot Basilisk loadout in his February 9 interview, which he described as "one of the most broken things" he'd ever seen. It doesn't even include the Akimbo attachment.
When comparing the stats, he discovered that the Magnum killed faster than the X13s up to 6 meters, and matches them up to 8 meters. This means the Basilisk is the superior choice when it comes to battles inside buildings.
“These Akimbo Pistols have a lot of hip-fire spread. This Basilisk I'm about to demonstrate you does not have much spread at all, it's pretty reliable,” the YouTuber said.
Later, he compared the movements of both loadouts and found that the Basilisk topped the game once more, offering the player a significantly faster running speed and a "instantaneous" ADS speed.

- Laser: Revo-LSD 7mW
- Trigger Action: Bryson HTA
- Rear Grip: SO RO-99 Grip
- Loader: S40 Rapid Loader

IceManIsaac used the Revo-LSD 7mW laser to improve hip-fire accuracy at close range. Then he added the Bryson HTA trigger action to speed up the fire rate, allowing players to land follow-up shots in an immediate fashion.
Next up was the SO RO-99 Grip, which gives the Basilisk a significant ADS speed boost and makes it feel so slick. He paired this with the S40 Rapid Loader, drastically reducing the time it takes to reload, which is critical when faced with a full squad.
Finally, he got the all-important.500 Snakeshot ammo, transforming the Basilisk from a pistol into a deadly Shotgun.
Isaac explains that the primary reason he's sharing this build now is because it's so powerful, he hopes the developers will nerf it in Warzone 2 Season 2. So, we recommend making the most of it now while you can.
