Dave & Buster's, a well-known food and entertainment company, has announced its new location inside the Roblox Metaverse. If you want to earn free UGC items, you must first get the Arcade Run Top, Penguin Shoulder Accessory, and Soda Drinking Hat.
HOW TO DEVELOP ALL FREE GOODS IN DAVE & BUSTER'S WORLD
Many Roblox users took to Twitter and YouTube to express their displeasure at the way free UGC items were earned. Despite what many players desired, the items were not earned through ticket redemption, and were instead locked behind "like goals."
Lily, a Roblox influencer who discovered the three free items' badge descriptions, updated them on February 8, 2023. Now, they say the following:
- Arcade Run Top
- Collect the Dave & Buster's Arcade Run Top by playing the game
- Penguin Shoulder Accessory
- "Collect the Penguin Shoulder Accessory by completing all 4 SuperBall Dash maps"
- Soda Drinking Hat
- "Collect the Soda Drinking Hat by completing all 4 Zombie Survival Maps"
- Collect the Dave & Buster's Arcade Run Top by playing the game
- "Collect the Penguin Shoulder Accessory by completing all 4 SuperBall Dash maps"
- "Collect the Soda Drinking Hat by completing all 4 Zombie Survival Maps"
- Collect the Dave & Buster's Arcade Run Top by playing the game
- "Collect the Penguin Shoulder Accessory by completing all 4 SuperBall Dash maps"
- "Collect the Soda Drinking Hat by completing all 4 Zombie Survival Maps"
After this discovery, social media began to flourish, with users as well as influencers thanking Melonverse (the organization that created the experience) for listening to its users and making a difference. These celebrations may have rung in too early, though, and given Melonverse too much credit, as the new way in which these badges are earned is in fact no different.
The minigames that must be played to earn the Soda Drinking Hat are locked behind the like goals. However, in order for these maps to be included to the experience, nothing has really changed.
The only item that can be purchased for the time being is the Arcade Run Top, which is unlocked automatically as soon as you join the experience for the first time. We'll update this guide when the other two items become available.
