With fantastic graphics, an intricate yet original storyline, and a one-of-a-kind combat system, this videogame practically deserves the top spot in the Harry Potter series. In this game, players will go to Hogwarts as a student, and will discover all about the many spells, potions, and animals that inhabit this magical world.
Several of these spells can only be obtained by completing quests and missions, thus players must go out of their way to unlock them. One of these is Depulso, which is a spell that pushes things (enemies, objects, etc.) away from you. In this article, we explain how to obtain Depulso in Hogwarts Legacy.
Is the Whomping Willow in Hogwarts Legacy?
To get the Depulso spell in Hogwarts Legacy, you must first complete Professor Sharp's first assignment, which you will be given. Pictured above, Professor Sharp wants you to make three potions and consume them, after which you will finish this quest and obtain the spell.
These potions are available for purchase from Mr. Pippin in Hogsmeade, for around 1,500 Galleons. If you prefer to make them yourself, here are the recipes for them.
- Endurus Potion recipe – Requires 1 Ashwinder Egg, 1 Mongrel Fur
- Focus Potion recipe – Requires 1 Lacewing Flies, 1 Fluxweed Stem, 1 Dugbog Tongue
- Maxima Potion recipe – Requires 1 Leech Juice, 1 Spider Fang
To receive the spell, you must consume these herbs while they are all active in turn. Speak with Professor Sharp after class and he will teach you how to use Depulso.
