Is there any possibility that Prime Video would reveal a season 4 premiere date for The Boys during the Super Bowl? Is it stupid to even think about it?
The first thing that we should stress here is quite simple: Isn't the Super Bowl the sort of event that The Boys would relentlessly mock? Probably, and that would take the tension up here to another level. This is the sort of venue that Amazon would consider, as well, for an announcement or a trailer. Remember that the NFL has a big deal now, so there is more synergy there than there ever has.

There is a reason to be concerned that this will not be broadcast, and it is tied to one thing above all others: We're still a long way from the premiere of season 4. We're looking at either a late 2023 or early 2024 start, especially since this is something that Prime Video very much needs to promote!
If there is, we're sure there will be a season 4 trailer released during the big game next year, provided it hasn't premiered as of then. However, there are ways to leverage the huge ratings in that game! It all depends on how you go about it.
