Is there any possibility that a Squid Game season 2 premiere date reveal might take place during Super Bowl weekend? Let's start off with this: This is one of the most anticipated premiere dates in Netflix's history! Of course, we want the next batch of episodes, and we'd like them to arrive as soon as humanly possible.
This is what makes this whole thing a little bit more complicated.

Given that Netflix has shown advertisements during the Super Bowl in the past for several of their shows, we can understand anyone wanting to do something similar here. Why wouldn't you? There is so much potential to create buzz off of the big game, even to the point where it justifyes the enormous cost of an advertisement.
Squid Game is a good idea to have your expectations low this year. The reality here is that the Korean drama has yet to begin filming for season 2. We're sure that something else will happen someday this year, but it likely won't happen this year.
Squid Game Season 2 might be Netflix's largest show in history. The first season still holds a ton of records, and the new batch of episodes might attract new viewers in a faster time than the previous one.
