Is there any possibility that a premiere date for Euphoria season 3 might be announced at some point today? It may sound ridiculous, but there is one simple case to be made for it: The Super Bowl!
The big game has been recognized as one of the best advertising platforms out there over the years, and we tend to anticipate this to continue for some time. No other telecast generates the same amount of viewership in America or ends up having the same amount of pop-culture influence. It stands out extensively from the pack, and we've seen networks and streaming services spend millions on some sort of ad.
Let's just say that we're not entirely sure if or not HBO will do that with the Zendaya series today... and there's a fairly specific reason for it. Season 3 is yet to be made, and why would this network promote a program that is almost a year away yet? In the known world, networks rarely promote a series that is already on the air for a long time.
When some substantial footage is available, it is likely that more legitimate publicity for the return of Euphoria will start sooner this year, which will allow us to get a little more excited about what is on the way. This is a dark program that has seen a lot of hardship, but it will not stop us from finding hope here and there.
