Genshin Impact is getting an anime series as well as a dramatic teaser trailer ...

Genshin Impact will be part of a new anime series created in collaboration with Ufotable, a Japanese animation studio known for directing famous worldwide anime series like Demon Slayer, according to Hoyoverse.

On Friday, developers revealed a first look and concept trailer for the series as part of a developer stream. The series, which is in its early stages of development, isn't yet known as a concept trailer.

The trailer teases a lush, sprawling world, and then depicts Genshin Impacts two protagonists, Lumine and Aether, standing hand-in-hand. It's a dramatic scene considering that the video game never permits players to see the twins standing side-by-side. The entire purpose of the video game is to take players on an adventure in search of their missing twin.

Genshin Impact will be celebrating its two-year anniversary later this month. The free-to-play game takes players on a fantasy adventure that includes several real-world countries. The game is well-known for its beautiful environmental backdrop, and it looks like the anime series will also incorporate those design elements.
