A missing Easter egg from the Addams Family's Wednesday phone number has been overlooked ...

Just in case curious viewers might want to call the phone number featured on Wednesday, filmmakers and creatives must be cautious.

On r/Wednesday, Reddit user u/Jenaortega asked if anyone had called Wednesday's number that was featured in the program. Thing went to Tyler's house and gave him her number so she could send him to the train station at night. And since the show was released last year, there was no word if this was some sort of easter egg where viewers would receive a special surprise on the other side of the line.

When a phone number appeared on the screen, nobody talked about it. It's because it was already apparent that it was a fake number. The following numbers are reserved phone numbers created by phone companies in order to show numbers without receiving complaints from actual phone users.

Take a look at the last four digits of this phone number, which are the year when the first Addams Family comic was released. It may not be the easter egg people were hoping for, but it's there for anyone who knows the franchise's history.

A few people have attempted to dial the number, but were unsuccessful in receiving anything at the other end.

Season one of Wednesday is now available on Netflix.
