For the week ended February 11, Hogwarts Legacy climbed to the top of the UK's boxed game sales chart, surpassing last year's major fantasy release, Elden Ring.
As reported by GamesIndustry.biz, Hogwarts Legacy is now the best Harry Potter game of all time. The last time that it was released was in 2001, when it came to the release of the first film in theaters.

At the time of writing, digital download sales for Hogwarts Legacy are still being investigated, so the current sales analysis is purely based on physical copies. Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone were not sold on digital platforms at the time of their release, so the next game should be even further ahead once this information is available.
On dividing these numbers, we can see which platform Hogwarts Legacy was the most popular, at least in terms of physical copies sold. This may have something to do with the PlayStation-exclusive quest, The Haunted Hogsmeade, or even with digital sales figures.
