Atomic Heart's Trophy/Achievement List has been released online, offering plenty of interesting information to pick up while we wait for the game's release. Among the more interesting Trophies are those related to exotic collectibles, combat, and strange drinking habits.
The list of 42 Trophies that first appeared on Exophase gives us an idea about Atomic Heart's gameplay and the kinds of things you'll need to do to earn the Platinum Trophy. As expected, there are some straightforward Trophies for killing named enemies that we assume are bosses throughout the story. Crafting five weapons, fully upgrading a skill tree, and launching cars at 20 enemies will all net you what appear to be easy-to-earn Trophies.

One Trophy requires you to drink vodka and kill five enemies, another requires you to talk to all the dead animals in the game, and another requires you to scan all Mobs, all of which are potentially missable.
The Platinum Trophy is unique to us because it requires players to complete Atomic Heart in Hardcore Mode. This game mode may be locked out from the start, but is awarded to players when they complete the game in one of the other difficulty modes.

Atomic Heart is a first-person action RPG set in a utopian world that has been destroyed due to an unknown catastrophe. Players explore the world and unlock powerful abilities similar to the Plasmids of BioShock to assist them in defeating the foes that come their way. Some scenes feel more like a horror game than a shooter or immersive experience.
