Harley Quinn's Season 1 focusses on Harley's recovery after escaping an abusive relationship with the Joker. Season 2 is all about finding love and support, with Harley and Ivy taking a leap of faith and becoming a couple at the conclusion. Season 3 is all about Ivy discovering who she is.

Ivy decided to transform Gotham City, repurposing the concrete jungle with an Eden made of plants. Her goal takes her back to the lab, where she discovers the joy of doing science and creating powerful substances that can transform the world. The Green is a powerful energy source that connects all the plants in the world and allows the people who enter it to communicate with and control any plant they want.

Ivy's plan is almost working, and the only thing that stands in her way is her loyalty to Harley. While Ivy kills thousands of innocent people, Harley gets purposely contaminated by the plant zombies, hoping that Ivy would reverse the outbreak to save her. Harlivy's conflict only escalates once Lex Luthor (voiced by Giancarlo Esposito) asks Ivy to kill Mayor Joker in exchange for being the leader of the new Legion of Doom.

Ivy realizes that she may be causing Harley to do things she doesn't want to do. And Harley admits that she doesn't want to hurt anyone, she wants to help them. However, they're also ensuring each other that nothing will stand in their way of their love.

Does Joker Become the Mayor of Gotham City?

Joker was seen losing his memories, becoming an average family man, and regaining his killer instinct in Season 3. He decides to use his knowledge to elect a mayor, reforms the prison system for rehabilitating criminals, and guarantees universal healthcare for everyone.
