Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 Season 2 will introduce players to a number of brand-new weapons, so let's go over every new weapon coming to the game.
The second season of Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 will be released on February 15th. The second season 2 update has been postponed in order to allow the developers more time to review the game's state.
The additional time seems to have resulted in a ton of new content, with Warzone 2 players receiving a new Resurgence map and Modern Warfare 2 players finally getting Ranked Play.
Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 will be shaken up by new maps and modes, but five new weapons will also be introduced into the games.
Let's take a look at each weapon that will be released in Season 2 of Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2.

Weapons for Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 Season 2
Season 2 of Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 will get five new weapons, all of which come from different weapons classes.
The last weapon will be revealed with the mid-season update on day one of the Season 2 update, which is February 15.
“Every new weapon comes with a brand-new set of camos to unlock for use across all your weapons,” says the author.
ISO Hemlock Assault Rifle
The ISO Hemlock is shaping up to be a versatile new Assault rifle that provides a "battlefield advantage" in any situation. This suggests that it may be a great Sniper support weapon in Warzone 2.
ISO Hemlock from Season 2 will be available as a free unlock via the Battle Pass.
KV Broadside Shotgun
With Season 2, the Kastov Platform will receive its very first Shotgun. It'll be the fastest-firing semi-auto weapon in the Shotgun category.
CoD enthusiasts will appreciate how powerful semi-auto Shotguns can be, and Season 2's KV Broadside will likely be devastating in Warzone 2 and Modern Warfare 2.
In the Season 2 Battle Pass, the KV Broadside Shotgun will be available as a free weapon.
Dual Kodachis
In Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2, the Dual Kodachis will provide more range as a Melee weapon than the standard knife.
Players in Battle Royale will recall how powerful the Kali Sticks were in the original Warzone. It will be interesting to see if the Dual Kodachis can have a similar impact in Warzone 2.
The result of the increased range will be a reduction in strafe and sprint speed.
The Dual Kodachis will be available as a free weapon in Season 2 Battle Pass once more.
Crossbow
In Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 Season 2, the Crossbow will be one of the most deadly weapons around.
Season 2 will require players to complete a unique unlock requirement for the Crossbow. The Path of the Ronin Event will be offered during Season 2. The Event will present seven challenges.
The Crossbow will be unlocked by those who complete all seven of the Path of the Ronin challenges. Players will also be able to purchase a Store Bundle to unlock the new weapon.
Marksman Rifle from the Tempeus Torrent
The Tempus Torrent Marksman Rifle will be available during the mid-season update, although it will not be available at the start of Season 2, but players can expect to receive its new Marksman rifle throughout the season.
