Ashika Island in Warzone 2 will have the new Restore Honor feature. Here's all you need to know about the Season 2 addition.
Season 2 of Warzone 2 is just around the corner, and players will have a chance to see Ashika Island in all of its glory. In Season 2, the new map will also introduce some new mechanics.
One of the latest changes is the Restore Honor feature, which will be available exclusively on Ashika Island. Let's dive into what the Restore Honor feature encompasses and how to best utilize it to your advantage.
In Warzone 2, what is Restore Honor?
Every player on Ashika Island will remove a dog tag at the spot of their death once per match thanks to the Restore Honor feature.
After you leave, you'll have the chance to go back to the location of your death and pick up that dog tag. Either you or your teammates can recover the dog tag successfully.
A small cash reward and a single UAV ping marking both enemy threats and nearby Supply Boxes will be given to anyone who can come back to the scene of their death and retrieve the dog tag.
Returning for a dog tag is a significant risk, but your squad will leave with valuable information. The identification of nearby Supply Boxes will help you stay safe from inbound enemies, as well as the uncovering of distant Supply Boxes can be critical to your squad's recovery from a recent death.
Utilizing the Restore Honor feature on Ashika Island can improve your survival and allow you to turn the tides of battle on the island. Just make sure to keep an eye on enemy players who are using the dog tags as bait.
